I did therapy for a little while, and my therapist, while nice, wanted me to go way faster than I felt I could handle. So I've just been trying to gently and gradually expose myself to stuff that my OCD makes me freak out about. The perfectionism in me want to push myself, and I think there's also a part of me who wants my OCD to be over. I am learning that it is better to progress slowly, and also that my OCD will never be "over".
